1. Take Responsibility for your life. Quit blaming and complaining, it will get you no where fast.
2. Do something for your spouse, roommate or parent, if you live at home,
that you have never done before, then every morning and night say
”I love you” to that same person as well as your kids.

3. Spend 1 hour a day for the next 30 days exercising your body,
mind and spirit.
4. Develop a CAN DO attitude.

Simple but excellent tips. I follow a similiar strategy everyday. Whenever I find myself not having fun I take a step back and do something to move into a positive vibration, whether it's exercising, listening to music, or singing to myself.
